Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs appointments and diagnostic services booked through Tasheel Healthcare. By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Appointment Cancellation

Appointments may be cancelled by the customer through the official booking platform or by contacting customer support.

  • Cancellations made more than 2 (two) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Sample Collection Issues

In the event that the assigned phlebotomist is unable to collect the sample due to medical, technical, or procedural reasons not caused by the customer, a full refund will be issued.


3. Laboratory Policy & Medical Eligibility

Refunds for tests deemed medically unnecessary, unsuitable, or cases where sample collection is not feasible will be processed in accordance with the respective partner laboratory’s refund policies.


4. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

5. Policy Modifications

Tasheel Healthcare reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be posted on this page.
