Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Tasheel Health mobile application and website (the "Service") operated by Tasheel Healthcare WLL ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
1. Account Registration
You must register for an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Services and Bookings
Test Booking: Our Service allows you to book diagnostic tests and phlebotomy services ("Services") from partner laboratories ("Labs"). The availability of time slots and phlebotomists is subject to change.
Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for providing accurate information for your booking, including your location, contact details, and health information for the tests requested.
Service Fulfillment: Tasheel Healthcare WLL is a platform that facilitates the booking and coordination of Services. The actual tests are performed by our partner Labs. We are not liable for the medical analysis or the quality of the results, which remains the responsibility of the Lab.
3. Payments and Refunds
Fees: You agree to pay all fees associated with the tests and services you book through the app. All fees are displayed prior to checkout.
Payment Gateway: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full credit card details.
Refunds & Cancellations:
Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment may receive a full refund.
Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If a phlebotomist is unable to collect the sample, you will receive a full refund.
Refunds for tests deemed medically unnecessary or for which a sample cannot be collected will be processed according to the partner Lab's policy.
4. User Content and Profiles
Relative Profiles: By adding dependents or relatives to your profile, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to consent to the collection of their health information and to book services on their behalf.
Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of all health and personal information provided for yourself and your dependents.
5. Test Reports and Data
Purpose: Test reports are provided for informational purposes only and are not a medical diagnosis. You must consult a qualified healthcare professional for interpretation of your results and for any medical advice.
Smart Reports: The "Smart Reports" feature for comparing historical results is an analytical tool and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical consultation.
Data Storage: We and our partner Labs will store your health data in compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. You grant us a license to use this data to provide the Service, generate reports, and share it with the designated Lab for analysis.
6. Communication
By using the Service, you consent to receive:
Push notifications and SMS/WhatsApp alerts regarding your booking status, phlebotomist ETA, and report availability.
In-app and email communications related to the service.
You can manage your notification preferences in your account settings.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tasheel Healthcare WLL and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tasheel Healthcare WLL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
